Return And Refund Policy 

All the products in our website is a high quality. We are confident that customers will be satisfied with our products. So, please do choose the right product you want to buy from our online store, which could reduce the trouble for both of us. But sometimes, there may be some accident and you need to exchange the goods .Please do keep the package and goods fine if you want to return or have a refund.

If items are in the following condition, you may return the item for an exchange within 3 days after you received it and we also will cover your shipping cost (POS LAJU shipping cost ONLY)
a. Quality issue
b. Damaged during the shipment
c. Sending wrong item

Due to below reasons, return for exchange still can be consider but refund for money is not allowed. You also need to pay all shipping cost during this matter.
a. Mistake order by our side.
b. Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
c. Parcel return due to nobody at home to sign it.

If you have any question, please do feel free to contact us with email or online services. Please tell us the reason for return of refund, and show the picture of the problem to us firstly. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
